Because caviar is perishable, return eligibility differs from ordinary shelf-stable goods. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or in an unexpected condition, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
Orders that have shipped cannot ordinarily be cancelled or returned simply because delivery was accepted. Any refund or replacement is evaluated from the order and delivery circumstances.
